If I bought a couple of sites that had adsense on them and there account got banned, could I still put my adsense on there without problems?

I am afraid that if I put my adsense code on the site I may get my account banned.

Never try to do that cause one of my friend got banned for using adsense on banned website, I would like to suggest you to use adsense on another website without the banned websites.

This is common sense. If the Adsense account got banned once for some reasons and the reasons remain intact, this will happen again surely. Sooner or later. Find out the reasons first. You can submit your site for review here in Digital point if your not sure why is your site got banned.

You can contact Google but it will take long time I guess.

I don't know the exact answer to your question, but I agree with your guess. It's something I would personally just stay away from.

Ain't that's obvious if adsense accounts was banned on particular site and now you want to buy it and use adsense on that site, you probably will be banned too?

Are you calling me a noob? Too funny.

Ain't that the point of sub forums, to ask about things that you are unsure of.

    Thanks for everyone that answered.

Google bans names (people) not websites, they know that there is an open market for selling and buying websites, what is the reason to ban a new owner who is fair to the business?!

yea, that's the point. I run adsense on multiple sites, if I buy a new one, why should I get banned when all of my sites generate legit clicks and the one I bought will do that too?

If you were banned from AdSense, you clearly violated the Terms of Service in some way, shape or form. Google doesn't ban for no reason whatsoever.

The sites where not mine and the guy said that he was using logic and trek for clicks.
I run clean sites and these sites are indexed with unique traffic, but I just want to be sure that when I put my ads on there all is well.
Like Iasmina26 said, Google bans names not sites, but I have been trying all day to get in touch with someone from Google but nothing yet.
