    I would like to buy a site which earns $4-5 not 45 per mont, preferably via adsense. Has a PR of 2- 4. Can be any niche and should have a few thousand hits per month.

    I have a blog with more traffic Than 5k per month with evidence of Google analytics.
    GA mounted with an average income $x per day.
    niche blogs about gadgets.
    but are still PR0 because my blog has been running for several months.
