    1000$ budget and you asking for 300$ monthly earning i think 1000$ budget is less because normally people sell 300$+ monthly earning with 8 to 12x month earning good luck :D

    The site described is roughly worth $3000. The OP might have to resort to a creative deal, where the owner of a site that is really earning $300/mo is offered $1000 DOWN, plus the first $2000 in monthly income from the site (6-7 months of earnings). Seller gets the full value, buyer gets to keep the income after 180 days.
