Sites That Allow Comments With URLs ?

Does anyone know of sites or a list of sites that allow comments with URLs without moderation? I was using this one site called Celebrity-Gossip which was getting me around 300 - 600 referral hits a day but recently they stopped allowing comments.. Any ideas?

If I find any good sites as well I will post them too.

I use a tool called scrapebox to scrape blogs, find do follow ones and find out the ones open for comment and then go through the post and leaving a useful comment. Normally, the blogs i found will allow the use of urls.

Alternative, i can outsource this to fiverr or some other good services out there.

 

I really like the idea of outsourcing this kind of thing to Fiverr, I'd have to be able to trust the person not to get my blog labelled as spam though.
