    I am looking for some site similar to yahooanswers where I can post links to my site which is clickable. The sites must not have too much restrict criteria for reporting.

    I had tried reddit.com and found it good, any other such site?

    I thought promoting your site on Answers was against the Answers TOS?

    You may want to try promoting your site on different forums, groups, social networks, etc. that allow it.

    From my point of view if you wanna to get more traffic then you should follow blog and forum posting method. From there you can get instant traffic. try to follow this method and enjoy with better results.

    By blog and forum posting method, do you mean posting a link to your site/blog oth other blogs and forums? Those are 2 ways to get backlinks, but there are many other places and types of sites where you can post as well.

    Using sites similar to Yahoo answers will keep you restricted. Just use social media sites to get traffic.
