Buying Sites selling website design or SEO services (With Profit)

    I'm in the market to purchase a website or two that sells website design or SEO services. I'm having a hard time getting mine off the ground, so I would really like to buy one that already has a traffic and income stream.

    When I purchase, I expect to also receive your marketing plans as well as any outsourced resources you were using.

    Budget is flexible, but not huge. Looking for successful start-ups, making something along the lines of $100-$200/month income (INCOME, not profit. Income = Money Coming in. Profit = Income - Expenses (like contractors, etc)) that I can refine myself.
