    I am interested in buying legal-related websites. I only have 3 rules:

    1) Site has to have unique content.
    2) Site cannot be banned by google.
    3) Site must be related to the legal industry

    Obviously I will pay a higher price for older sites, sites with PR, sites with higher alexa ratings, sites with existing adsense earnings, etc.
