Buying Sites Ranking in Google for their Keywords Any PR

    I am interested in buying sites which rank in google 1st page or even second page for their target keywords.

    Good Organic Traffic from Google is a Welcome, But even the sites ranking on First page and second page for important keywords and not getting traffic due to lower position will be considered.

    PR is not important so High PR sites need not apply here.
    Secondary importance will be given to age of the site and aged domains will be given more preference.

    Health related sites will be preferred over other niches.

    mostly not directories since i am interested in blogs at the moment. Even Squidoo ... Hubpages... or Blogspot Pages may apply here...
    As long as it ranks I am willing to buy it. But keyword targets should be good...
    Keywords should have at least minimum 500-1000+ uniques per month individual or combined.
