Sites on Different IP's... How different must they be?

    I am putting together a few sites. An example is I want to add some of my sites to my directory www.narff.com

    Question is how different does the IP have to be for SE's to give it a relevant link.

    if my ip is

    1.1.1.1
    and my new ip is
    1.1.2.3

    Is that sufficient?? Basically last 2 slots change.
