After many days of trying to figure out why one of my clients can see only some of her sites, while others are offline, I've come to a dead end. So mabe you can help. Shes on a reseller...

She's made her own name servers:

    ns1.sitebizstore.com (67.148.95.199)
    ns2.sitebizstore.com (67.148.95.201)

She has mabe 20 accounts on her reseller plan and the server is in very good condition. Normally I would dismiss it, and tell her it is her internet, but it's a reoccurring problem.

I would love some help, if you know what is wrong please tell me what it is and possibly how to fix it. If your solution really does work, I'll be happy to send a bit of cash your way.

    use http://www.checkdns.net/quickcheckdomainf.aspx
to see if it shows any errors on the DNS of the domains.

If you and others can see the sites, it could be her isp's dns servers taking ages to update in which case get her to configure her computer to use http://www.opendns.com/

if neither of those help, i have no ideas ... sorry.

Not enough information there for anyone to really help you. The syntax is correct but did she set it up properly where the domains are registered?

    sitebizstore.com loaded fast for me.

What domains is she having problems with? Post them as "not live links" and some of us can check it out.

My ISP renews the dns cache a few times a day. Some only do it twice a week. Where is she? And how often do they do it?

It looks like you don't have the reseller's name servers setup as 'A' entry.
