Buying Sites/method making -almost- constant revenue daily.

I am looking for another site, ONE site, that can earn at least 10 USD per day.
PM me if you have one and want to sell. But before you send me the PM, make sure you have these infos with you:

1. Does the site consist of white hat or black hat techniques? I don't mind if you use black hat tech, but u need to mention this, so I know. Of course white hat is preferred.

2. Tell me what I need to have in order to operate the site/method Unfortunately, I DONT buy ADSENSE related method and/or site. This goes without saying that I don't buy pornography and crime related method/site.

3. Mention how much time do I need to waste every day. I don't mind 1-2 hours site/method works, it is just you need to tell me.

4. Don't forget the proof. Doesn't matter you do it black or white, proof is needed.

Other than that, if you have questions, please just ask here(below this post).I know what I said above is far from complete.
