Buying Sites Making Atleast $50 Adsense Revenue Per Month Or PTC Sites Making Profit

Hi,

As the title says i need a site that's making at least $50 per
month from adsense or i can take a ptc site that's making
$50 profit each month.

Also, most of the traffic should be organic and i need to see
proof of traffic and revenue.

I don't really know how much to pay for the site so please tell
me how much you want for it.

I prefer arcades sites and sites that are easy to manage.
Not blogs, forums or warez sites and article site.
