    Hi, I'm looking to buy sites making anywhere from $100 to $500 a month with AdSense and preferably running on auto-pilot.

    The following things are an absolute must:

    Proof of revenue (at least 6 months)
    Domain has to be at least 1 year old
    Site has to have a PR1 or more

    @ bluffspot: It depends on so many different factors - domain name age, traffic, obviously revenue, PR, etc
