    Hey everyone,
I'm looking to buy established websites making $100-$400/month that use Adsense only. Blogs, arcades, video sites, pretty much anything will be considered except adult sites. I have enough adult sites and want to go in another direction. Site must be established, well-designed, and somewhat aged. I will not buy a site that's less than 6 months old. 1+ years is preferred. You must be able to provide proof of sustained revenue. Show me what you got.

OK everyone, some interesting offers so far, but I think I need to add that if you are asking for 24x monthly revenue, you're out of your mind. I've had at least 3 people looking for over $10k for sites making $400/month. That's 25x monthly revenue and absolutely unreasonable. I will offer between 10x - 14x monthly revenue if I'm interested. If you won't take that range, don't bother PM'ing me.
