    I don't think budget matters, I sent out a simple "WTB" advertisement, if you have a site you want to sell me do what the post says "You tell me what you think it's worth, and then I'll tell you what I think it's worth, we'll come to a price consensus." If that isn't good enough for you then have a nice day!
