Buying Sites (including blogs) earning $xxx-$xxxx/month. ($xxxxx budget)

I'm interested in sites, new or old, that are earning between $xxx to $xxxx per month. I would ideally be interested in sites earning mid-high xxx profit each month.

If the site is old and established, I'm more than happy to pay 10-12 months profit depending upon scalability of the site.

If the site is new and fresh, you'll be looking at a lower figure of 3-6months of profit.

I would prefer sites that are not real ecommerce stores. Dropshipping, digital goods, affiliates, etc. are fine, just no handling of actual products.
