    Hi,
    I am wanting to buy websites in the following niches:
    Real Estate
    Home & Living
    Home Rental and Accommodation
    Hotels
    Rented Apartments

    I will buy your site EVEN if you don't have ANY revenue or traffic!

    My Criteria:
    1. Must be a .com or .net (preferably a .com)
    2. Must be alive for AT LEAST 5 years. I'll be checking everything (drops, etc) via my own methods, so make sure you don't waste your time or mine.

    PM me the URL and your Asking price. If I think it is worth the price you are asking - we will have a deal.

    I have a site which Im willing to sell. It Ranking #11 on google for the main keyword which has 6600 Local US monthly searches, 9900 Global monthly searches and cpc $1.19 in google keywords tool. It made about $45 without any regular maintenance and updating of the site. It used to rank #2 but since i have not done seo and left the site on its own, it has dropped rankings to #11. A few backlinks and its in the top again. Please let me know about your budget.
