Buying Sites , Forums with revenue/traffic

I'm looking to buy large, established forums/sites (only with alexa rank under 200,000 or monthly revenue above 50$..I'll ignore PMs not meeting the requirement) and possibly image hosts (with alexa rank under 100,000 or monthly revenue above 50$)

I have the cash in hand, but every transaction will require analytics access and several proofs of income



I can pay and I'm honest in my deals, been in the business for several years, I want the same honesty from the people I deal with

Transactions will be done through escrow.com with fees split 50/50
