    Worse yet, is that many directories and engines will not list a .be site - they've been given a very bad rep from the starting gate.

    hmmm, that's the coutry domain name for belgium. Seems like that nation will be missing out on a lot of internet business because of it.

    Mike - you're correct, this is a ccTLD for Belgium

    I don't know how this got out of hand or why ICANN allowed it to happen.

    Hopefully, this will get cleaned up for the country's sake - it's a shame IMO.
