    I am looking to buy sites. Is there a broker service that I can use that approaches potential sellers?

    They would be paid a fee upon a sale. I am looking to buy pharmacy/health sites but would rather pay a broker to find them for sale.

    Any ideas where to look?

    Wow I would say look here for starters!! and sitepoint. Watch some of the postings, and you'll catch on quick what to ask. But there is more to it than buying a site. Check out the other section of this forum.

    Yes, u can get lot of good site offer for sale here at DP, range from the 'cheap' to 'most expensive' ones :)

    Yes there is crap out there but every site has a realized market value that someone will pay for it.
