    I am looking to buy some small sites that are making around $0.50-$1.50 a day.

    They can be any niche, but need to be atleast 3 months old.

    Budget: Max $30 per site.

    my thoughts exactly. You are asking for 1 months revenue when typical is 10-12 months revenue. I have sites in both ranges, earning practically nothing that I would sell for $30, but ready to go and sites earning .50 to 1.50 a day that I will sell for 10 months revenue.
