    Hi, I am interested to buy some sites earning via CPA or have earning potential with it. You must be able to provide how it earns or how it can earn. Site must be complete and should not take much time to manage. I am basically looking for sites that give rewards for completing offers or something similar.
    Earnings and traffic are not necessary.

    PS: Not interested for blogs earning via CPA.
    Budget: Not more than $100-120 per site.
