    I have a site which Im willing to sell. It Ranking #11 on google for the main keyword which has 6600 Local US monthly searches, 9900 Global monthly searches and cpc $1.19 in google keywords tool. It made about $45 without any regular maintenance and updating of the site. It used to rank #2 but since i have not done seo and left the site on its own, it has dropped rankings to #11. A few backlinks and its in the top again. Please let me know about your budget.

    Budget depends on the quality of site as well as what it makes. Mostly looking for people that want to sell asap for a set price x4-6 montly revenue. Keep em coming!

    Just a word of caution, if someone's willing to sell a site at 4-6 month's revenue, the income probably isn't that stable. Someone's getting ripped off in that deal.

    Thanks for your concern, but that's just a baseline price. I have paid more/less for sites depending on quality,traffic and income.
