Sites Done! Keywords?

I often see people say that they have finally got their keyword phase ranked.

Would it be best to focus on one keyword phase such as "get great abs now" for my fitness site and "dog training books" for my dog site.

and how do you go about focusing on one key phase.

My sites: onlinedogtrainingbooks.com and onlinefitnessbooks.com

 

Just make a page with those keywords in it as the main point . Then get links to the page to help it in search engines.

Yeah, try not to worry too much about keywords. Lots of people stress way too much on it. Backlinks and quality content are whats the most important. At least thats what I've learned so far Good luck!

 

I am pretty new at this and learning everyday. Backlinks are links on other sites such as Article Directories right, and you post relevant content with your link?

 

yes, dont focus too much on getting keywords.. when you get backlinks, and you have content, you can see that you get organic traffic for keywords you havent targeted at all.

 

unique content - back sure your backlinks point to the pages you want the attention to!

 

Both of those keywords have low competition. Fairly easy to get first spot on Google for both keywords. You should first start off with on-site optimization, then move on to gaining backlinks. About 100-200 related backlinks will really give you a boast in ranking with those type of keywords.

 

SE illiterate people types keyword phrases, I would say if you are optimizing your website, concentrate on everything

 

I focus on 1-5 keywords at a time, anymore is to much to handle.

 

If ur site is ready then do a deep keyword research.From that find some possible keywords having good traffic.Start building backlinks with them as Anchor text.
