Sites blocked, as unlock ...

I have two sites, which a year ago were blocked by the administration AdSense.

But that was the old owners ... Is there a way to return the power to take AdSense account for these sites?

You could email adsense and see what they say.

 

It seems like nobody gets answers doing that

 

When adqueri the sites, and they came into contact dizeram that the sites had received invalid clicks.

They think it should contact again?

 

Well they have always helped me if I had any questions

 

Same here, never hurts to email them and ask for the ban to be lifted. It might take some time but eventually you will get an answer.

The only way to find out is to email the AdSense Support Team.
Otherwise you're taking the risk to see your account banned.
