The site was just recently moved from www.hustlerpanties.com to www.lalalingerie.com. Perhaps that's why it doesn't look "healthy" to you, but it certainly is ;).

*Perhaps that's why it doesn't look 'healthy" to you, but it certainly is.*

You put it up as as an example of a site unaffected by having COOP links on it, so where is it for either "sexy costumes" or "sexy lingerie"?

Yeah... and where is it for "math teachers" or "elephant trainers"?

How do you know which keywords she is targeting?

    Are you pissed?

Title sort of gives it away....

    The question was:

"2. Is it possible that you can point to the URL of a site - running ads - that has not been crushed in the SERPS?"

    The answer was:

If you'd like to show me how that site is penalized for running coop ads, please do share. Otherwise, the original question has already been answered.

Wow, I think a freshly moved site is a bad example. The coop owners sister's site at that? Seriously!

While there is no proof that G is discounting the coop, there is no proof it is not either. There is however and incredible coincidence happening though that leans the debate closer to true then not true IMO.

Either way. If you like it use it. If ya think it's now a compromise, as most now point out, don't use it. I have had reservations since the image tag was added.

It's a Catch 22 thing, the site is new so it doesn't rank but its' not ranking has nothing to do with the COOP ads on it...

I think we need a different example....

Come again? Who says the site doesn't rank? It has the exact same ranking before and after the move. Google sends over 4000 unique visitors to lalalingerie.com a week. How is it penalized again?

By the way, that site has been running coop ads since the coop was invented. I can't really think of a better example.

Hahahaha... You guys are killing me. What does the fact that I'm related to Shawn have to do with, um, anything (except that it proves that our parents had sex at least twice)?

Looking at the coop links on ViciousSummer's site reminds me of one thing that has been addressed but no one has really given any response to:
How many people running co-op ads and clearly labeling them as "advertisements" or "sponsors" suddenly found themselves at 30-40 for very specific phrases that they carried #1 for years?

I was running ads fine for months and months, labeled them as "advertisers", and never saw a single hiccup in the serps. I changed my layout, and bumped them to the footer without labeling them, and a few weeks later, I was gone.

I take that back. I just checked my stats for June. Google sends lalalingerie.com over 5,000 unique visitors a week. :p

VS, what keywords are your visitors coming in under. I have now checked several kws I think you're promting and I can't see this site anywhere in serps . I am not challenging your statement but I can't see any evidence that supports it either. The reason I want to know more is the type of penalty that I have received is banned from serps but fully indexed. All internal pages have PR 0 (1000's). The way I am being penalized for whatever is strange. ALL kws that I promote are completely gone from serps. I have no doubt that I have been penalized, I am just trying to widdle down the reason(s). Threads like this help :).

Yeah, I always wear blue underwear... one day I decided to wear black, and I lost my rankings!! Must of been that, right? Oh, no... wait.. now that I think about it, I also ate a sandwich, and I never do that... so I guess eating sandwiches while wearing black underwear can make you loose your rankings.

Well that is just one of many reasons not to debate that subject any further.

I wasn't trying to start trouble. Just point out the obvious. Asking you for stats, no matter what the circumstances with your relationship, there will always be an asteriks. And there should be IMO.

So for arguments sake, someone that is a joe blow would be better for comparison in this debate. Just for GP. :)

However, I stand by my argument that there is more circumstantial proof discounting may be occuring, then not.

OK my id is number 12 in the COOP , the site has been in the COOP since it started

OK not big keywords but it has not shifted bar two places

    www.seafishingonline.com
    Search for >> Sea Fishing

NOw google is f++ked up as the title I have not used for two years and it has been displaying this for 27 days now

I for one have seen the ups and downs of the COOP , but this is not magic its the COOP

People need to chill and start working on thier links and not a one click wonder

P.S If your site gets dropped by google its shit so do not kick off just sit down with a piece of paper and draw up an action plan and get back in

The KW's that vistors are using to get to the site, have nothing to do with the fact that the site is obviously not banned by Google, while it's obviously using the coop ad network. There's no point in diluting what the real question is.

Yes, the site gets traffic. http://alexa.com/data/details/main?q=&url=www.lalalingerie.com.

There are a thousand reasons a site can drop out of the serps. If you think the coop did it, then stop using the coop.

    Alexa?

So it doesn't actually rank for any meaningful terms on Google?

Okee dokee! It's obvious that you arn't listening. What does specific search terms have to do with sites using the coop and assumed penalization? It's obvious that you are not going to believe anything that proves your stance wrong, so there is zero point in trying to argue with you.

Fishing Forum has given you guys another example. So why don't you try and find something negative to say about his site...haha (just kidding, Fishing Forums ;)...)
