    Are ads appearing on your site? If yes, you are not banned.
    And, Banned from Google do not mean that you are also banned from Adsense. They are different.

    check the cache in various search engines to see if there are any iframes showing “You are not authorized to view this page”, especially on internal pages that might have not had the cache updated recently”.

    Or

    This is actually an “HTTP Error 403 - Forbidden” error page that will show up in Internet Explorer.

    the easiest way to check is to creater a google webmaster account and then check which pages are indexed. If you have no indexed pages then you will have been banned
