    there might be multiple causes
    below I experienced repeatedly myself

    - your ISP missing NS resolving for your IP
I had that situation for many years on a major tourist island by one of the major ISPs here - millions of US based server IPs missing - particularly apparently all IPs from a huge hosting service in USA

solution: configure your OWN nameserver inside your laptop (bind9 is easy to setup to bypass any ISP based DNS
you then just have to setup your own Internet Nameserver instead of ISP DNS

    - your ISP blocking particular sites or IP ranges
I have that situation with one major ISP blocking access to paypal
    another ISP (mobile) blocks CNN

censureship by ISP or gov are common
your country (bangladesh) may have such situations

-another problem for your own site also could be your own security features if you have any
some site security SW blocks entire IP ranges instead of single IP if a criteria ( unsuccessful login attempts ) are met

to avoid such situations you always have to whitelist your own ISP ranges you have at home

    how to find out?

try to access your site by different means
    - via mobile phone ( normally different provider )
    - from different internet cafes using different ISPs
    - have a few friends test view your site from different locations inside your country ( same ISP and different ISP ) and from other countries

change your ISP to get www access
then do the surfing and research as listed in last post and make all changes needed to have permanent www access again

I would suggest using different name servers as well, however, I would not go as far as setting up your own. Give OpenDNS a try, they are fast, and reliable. All you need to do is change your network connection to use the OpenDNS servers. A guide can be found on the site:

on a typical linux OS platform ( example my opensuse) laptop
setting up your own NS is a matter of a few clicks - may be max 3-5 minutes
besides other benefits it also saves time on low speed www connections

did you do/test ALL solutions suggested below ??? = change of ISP or accessing site from internet cafe using different ISP ??
there is NO other way for you
bot sites load perfectly and it ONLY is your ISP that causes the problem.
did you install your own NS on your own computer to bypass ISP NS ?

NOTHING is going to change until YOU change your ISP connection or until YOU change your ISPs configurations
if unwilling to change ISP - then you may contact directly your ISP and talk AFTER YOU have accessed your own sites from another ISP first.

you may have to prove to your ISP that it is ISP problem and you may have to be able to explain how to solve. If they would know, hey had no such problems.

the easiest solution definitely is mentioned much earlier and above again.
