[SITES] 5 sites for sale (episodes, tutorial, wallpaper)

Hi,

Selling the following sites, don't have time to further develop any of these sites:

1. http://www.watchheroeslive.com

Allows users to watch streaming episodes of Heroes, done minimal advertising. Current sources of traffic is roughly 50% referrals from one site, the rest made up of SE / direct type in traffic. I won't be listing the referring site purely to benefit the buyer, it's a site I started posting on every few days but haven't done in the last week or so.

The site hasn't been updated in about week and a half with the latest two episodes so traffic has been staying at an average of about 250 U/V a day. I've not monetized the site or done any SEO, i just stuck some adsense in the posts.

(I'll explain to the buyer all the neceassary details for updating the site once a week or so etc).

2. http://www.layoutcabin.com

Originally started with the intention of offering free high quality PSD layouts for users, an easy way to attract a lot of visitors.

Ran off WordPress, fully custom theme.

Added 5 tutorials, some of them have been accepted into tutorial engines, assume minimal traffic and no rev at the moment.

The following 13 layouts will be included with the sale (all PSD's), perfect start a huge boom in traffic. Alternatively they could be sold seperately.

Offers a big collection of high quality wallpapers, ran of a non-unique wordpress theme. I recently accquired it via a deal, I've done nothing with the site since. Old owner stated it gets about 30 uniques a day, no revenue as ads haven't been integrated.

Can't show it any other way until later as the person I bought it off isn't online and I can't download the files.

Ran off a custom WordPress theme, custom logo (comes with a few different versions, cost $100 alone). No traffic / revenue.

Ran on a heavily modified WordPress theme, had the idea of adding content (videos mainly) such as bad tackles, fights etc. A good oppurtunity to target a niche with a good domain name to match it.
