sitepoint.com ...stinks

Hey guys ...did you any body experienced sitepoint ....i am having a terrible time with those **** guys ....i paid them money to setup an auction ....after payment is done they are totally inactive ,...nt even responding my mails ..

does any one has idea if how long does it take to activate the auction in sitepoint ....

 

This is digitalpoint, not sitepoint.

 

I've used their marketplace and never had any problems. Did you use paypal? Are you a verified user of paypal? Did you have funds in your paypal when you sent the payment or are you using a echeck or something like that? I used them just last week and it was fine.
