Sitename at the end of the title?

What you think about using the sitename at the end of the title pages? Does it affect in the ranking? Is it good?

Example: Injury gives contestant a second shot | Cnn.com

You have such a small amount of room on a title tag, I would not waste it on putting your domain. You might want to use the name of your company if a major keyword is included in it.

Try to search for news in Google. You will see that #1 is CNN which does have site name in the title. So you be the judge, does it affect ranking?

You can use it at the end of the title, there is no harm in using it. But it's advisable if yours is a new website, it should be good to use keywords for the maximum benefit.

Cnn may use its name in the title but now it's a brand. If you are a brand and people know about you, you can use sitename in the title.

I think keeping your website name in your title helps people remember your website address

If your title tag is quite precious for keywords, yet in your rankings, you want people to see your domain or company name, I like to start the META description Tag with the company Name. For example your Google result would look like this:
