If your site's pages may not be given a favorable value, do you send different versions of your sitemaps to Google, etc?

Some of my content could end up in the supplemental index or I may not want a page or two indexed by Google or Yahoo.

Or do the spiders end up hitting those pages anyways, regardless of your sitemap?

The spiders will hit most the pages on your site sooner or later if the interlink - even if those page aren't on your sitemap
