sitemap's TOS - no commercial sites ?

    I want to signup for a google sitemap account, but here's what the TOS say.

    and yes, my site is a commercial website (a site of a company)

    Does this mean i don't have to create a sitemap (or any other) account for this commercial website ?

    Any explanation anyone please ?

    You can use it to create a sitemap for your own commercial site. You can't do something like repackage one of their services.

    Well, i'm an employee of the company, and i get paid for the job i do - which in this case also includes opening a sitemap account and putting up a sitemap ..

    so, that means i'm getting paid for opening sitemap, which means i'm selling a package (including my time, my work, and google service) for my sallary ..

    sorry if i'm dumb in terms of law, but isn't this a paradox ?
