    But sitemap.xml with static URL's or a sitemap-index format file are very crucial for both static and dynamic site. Because more the URL's you have in search engine more are the chances of getting search traffic.

    ou can block crawlers access to php file for avoiding panishment for circled links by robot.txt file and show generated static pages for crawlers
