Sitemaps; few questions!

    Hi all,

    Lately, a friend wrote a script for me that generates automatically sitemaps on my forum every 24H. Everything works great and the sitemaps are also submitted to google now and all accepted. Still, I have a few questions:
    - how a perfect inside sitemap link should look like? I have this now: 
    <url><loc>http://www.platinumw.org/topic/2002977-vmware-player-3-1-3-build-324285</loc><changefreq>daily</changefreq><priority>0.2</priority></url>

    - how long it takes till Google index links from the sitemap?
