The website I am currently developing will heavily use sub domains but where I am unsure is with sitemaps. Should I submit one site map of the whole site link structure including sub domains link structure or should I submit individual sitemaps for each sub domain? Or is there any better way to go about it?
It depends on how the contents in those domains relate each other. I prefer to separate the sitemaps, or just put some structures in domain's sitemaps that I want those to get more exploitable.
