sitemap

i have not displayed all the links on my website.... but uploaded in ftp. i think thats why xml sitemap generator is not generating the links i have not displayed on my website??? Id it true???? Pls suggest...

I have uploaded 230links and put 170links in my website. that 60links are not generated by the xml generator...??? Kindly suggest as i have confusion??

 

yes, u need to link them from your pages in order for the sitemap to display them

 

if that links are interconnected with various pages in website then xml sitemap should count all the links. kindly display the hyperlinks in site and regenerate xml sitemap.

 

Yes, every page should have at least one link via which it is accessible.

 

you cant use the sitemap file to link pages between, your site has to have this built into it, so you link your pages together, the sitemap just helps with the indexing of the content

 

Yes! Sitemap only help google to view your site more clearly.
