    I own a website http://www.n-n-a.com/
    I need the following to be done:

    1) On a thread ex. http://www.n-n-a.com/tv/about45385.html I want a link to "previous post" "next post" keeping in mind the first and last post

    2) Optimization of the page numbers at the bottom. I don't know what's best for search engines to spider quickly. See ex. http://www.n-n-a.com/tv/forum-3.html

    3) A sitemap for google. How big can one be? Since there are so many pages I also don't know how to approach this.
