    Hi
    i have created a sitemap with http://www.xml-sitemaps.com/
    when i put http://www.enblogopedia.com/
no links other than the main page appear..
and when i create a sitemap for http://enblogopedia.com/ all posts and pages appear..
now my site that added in google WebMaster Tools is http://www.enblogopedia.com/ and i used http://enblogopedia.com/ sitemap
    is this ok?!
or should i add another site to webmaster tool (without www) with it`s own sitemap?!

This is because all your links go to without the www.

So if xml-sitemaps.com crawls your site, it sees no other link with the www.

I believe you are not using Wordpress, and Wordpress has a very popular Google sitemaps plugin that automatically updates your sitemap for every post you do. If you are using something else, I do not know what you are using. Drupal or TextPattern, maybe you can find an equivalent sitemap plugin so you do not need to make one all the time.
