I have also seen this error caused by the sitemap file submitted being on what google considers a different domain than the pages listed in the sitemap file.

I.E.- If you submitted your file as http://reruns-ton-o-fun.com/sitemap.xml and all of your pages contained in the file refer to http:WWW.reruns-ton-o-fun.com/page.php etc. (Notice that there is a difference between http://www.reruns-ton-o-fun.com and http://reruns-ton-o-fun.com)

Then google will error out saying that the sitemap is refering to files not on the same site as the sitemap.

    hope this helps

Also, I noticed that you have files contained in subfolders of your site in your sitemap. You cannot include those according to protocols on google's webmaster guide. This will cause an error.

You need to create a seperate sitemap file for each subfolder or directory. Then you can create a sitemap index containing the location of all of the individual sitemaps...

    All i got for now...
