Sitemap using robot.txt !!

    Guys,

    I know how to tell robots to crawl my site's sitemap. But is it possible to make a sitemap using robot.txt file?

    No. There is no way to make a sitemap using robots.txt file. You can put a link of your sitemap in robots.txt file for better crawling. To know the implementation visit last few lines of http://www.google.com/robots.txt link.

    sitemaps need to be generated and submited to search sites

    You can add you sitemap link in robots.txt and submit it.But you can't add your robots.txt in sitemap.
