Sitemap Status Won't Change?

    I've been using Google webmaster tools for a while now and up till now when I re-submit my site map it is usually accepted in under two hours. However, for over 24 hours now the status has remained pending. Anyone else seeing this issue?

    Try again remove your existing sitemap and submit your new sitemap. Google server may busy.
