    Guys,
I know there are some geniuses here who can surely help me out. I have this website that's been 3.5 years old and has been indexed in Google for quite sometime. Recently I upgraded the software and for some reason, now it create URLS with www and without www.
So if you go to my site with www.mysite.com, all the hyperlinks are created with www. But if I go to the site with http://mysite.com, all the hyperlinks are created without www.
The problem is that, Google has my older indexed urls with www and that's why it keeps indexing my site with www. How can I make it just one way.. either have only www or don't have www... I am really confused.

You should 301 redirect (aka "permanent redirect") from non-www to www.
