    I've added some new pages in my website. I'l need to resubmit sitemap on the site server & webmaster tools? Plz confirm.

    yes, if you have made some new adjustment then i am sure you need to submit the sitemap again !!

    Go ahead, add those pages in sitemap, upload it on your server then re-submit it through google webmaster tool. Let me know if you need any help in it...

    If you have Wordpress, install the plugin: XML Sitemaps. Whenever you make a change to a page, it recreates it and pings Google for you. You don't need to do anything manual.

    It always be a good idea to include every page you want to be indexed by search engines in your sitemap file.

    If you add new post then i recommed to build the site map again
    Then go to google webmaster tool and resubmit the site map

    I only submitted my (xml) sitemap once and webmaster tools picks up on the changes to it automatically. As long as your xml sitemap is updated, there should be no need to resubmit it.

    A sitemap is an XML-document containing the URL-structure (ie. all subpages) on your domain. They can (potentially) grow quite large.
