Sitemap questions from webadmin

Hello ever one,
I need to understand a few things about sitemap and I am sure you all will help me.
My queries are:
1: I have a website which has four levels of pages.
Ex: Page1 , page 1.1 page 1.1.1 page 1.1.1.1 , page 2, page 2.1, page 2.1.1, page 2.1.1.1 and so on.
In the site map should I first list all the top level pages ( page 1, page 2, page3..) and come to second level( page 1.1, page 2.1..) or should I list them like page1, page1.1, page1.1.1, page 1.1.1., page 2 and so on..
2: In the sitemap can I also include the images, videos, flash demos e.t.c.
3: what if I forgot to mention some pages in the site?

I would suggest you to submit the websites as page 1, page 2 , page 3 and then the sub pages for the XML site map which you would be creating or webmaster but the sitemap that you are creating for your website try to be user friendly. as page 1 with its sub pages
yes you should submit flash and images in your site map as now a days Google crawl flash which contains text so better submit it in your site map

 

Can some one provide a sample sitemap which contains flash, jpg and other non html pages ?

I think you can have it the same way you do. instead of the .html,.asp or .php extension, you can put .jpg, or .swf.

I dont find there is any issues associated with that

 

I dint get any info in the page you have mentioned.
The reason I have asked is even though i have checked lot of sitemaps, i didn't find any sitemap with jpg or swf
