i am looking for a free sitemap generator php script.

I use www.auditmypc.com/free-sitemap-generator.asp, but it always says "not enought memory", what to do ?

I try to use xml-sitemaps.com, but 500 links limit, my website has more than 500 links.

are sitemaps like robots.txt ? do you need to name them and position them in a certain place for google to pick them up? or is it upload only to google webmaster tools?

 

marksailes, add this to your robots.txt file:

Sitamap support Ask.com, MSN, Yahoo as well.

Works great and will do the crawling for you. No limit on URLs and auto pings Google, MSN, Yahoo, and Ask
