The number of URls submitted reflects the unique URLs in your Sitemap. The indexed count refers to the number of URLs from that particular Sitemap that are indexed, not the total number of URLs from your site that are indexed.
    - Make sure all your Sitemap URLs are unique.
    - There is nothing wrong with your robots.tx files and no crawl errors reported.

google only index the quality content. so first review your submitted content and check all whether they are unique or not. if not then rewrite them again and submit it. google surly update them in their database.

If you want to include all of your urls in Google's index then create a sitemap using any external tool such as xml-sitemaps.com and then submit the sitemap to Google webmaster tools. sitemap ensures prompt discovery of your sites pages.

As we all know that Google is very much concerned about the quality content, means unique content. So check whether you posted the unique content or not.

By default blogger generates only 25 latest post feeds, If youwant more post then you have to tweak the url.
    Change your sitemap url to
Once you crossed 100 posts then change the limit (here is 100) to greater

:) Let me know if this helped you ?
