hello, I am getting this error on Webmaster Central my sitemap is there at http://www.watersubject.com/sitemap.xml and the robots.txt is at http://www.watersubject.com/robots.txt why would sth like this happen? And also, can you suggest me a place to check if my sitemap valid?

First check to see if you hosting provider had your site live at that time. I got burned by mine. They were truning the T1 off in the evenings. Second, start using the site map generator http://gsitecrawler.com/ and it will solve your current problems.
