sitemap is not updating

    can anyone help me out. i have updated my sitemap of 400 links in google webmaster tools 4 days ago but its links are not yet indexed. There are also no errors in sitemap. can anyone tell me from where is this problem coming.

    First of all, you should make an xml sitemap and then upload it your website root directory. then open your WMT account and add the url of that sitemap. after that .. don't forget that you should add and then submit.. after some time, you will get a message from WMT that Google has index your some pages.. the trick part is that, you should ping your sitemap url with different online pingers sites. wait for some days.. maybe.. a week then resubmit your sitemap.
