    I have signed up, and have an account, but when it says ADD SITEMAP, I dont have one for my blog, and dont know how to get one. Can anyone help me out?

    There are number of sitemap services out there that can create sitemaps for you. http://code.google.com/sm_thirdparty.html lists many of them. While some work on your desktop and others are web-based, basically all of them will accept your domain name as input and find all of the pages on your site.
